Get Up é mais uma faixa deliciosa e rara da era Pre-Madonna gravada nos estúdios Gotham. Ela possui uma levada mais rock assim como a maioria das outras faixa dessa era.


Felizmente tiveram a idéia de remixá-la e esse single possui 5 versões, o remix 2003 Disco Mix possui samples de Everybody, tornando-a mais interessante. No momento em que estava carregando esse single esqueci de excluir um remix chamado Get Up Everybody Addiction Club Mix 2003, esse remix é o mesmo 2003 Disco Mix.
